GERMAN STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS (ADSp)

All orders are handled solely in accordance with the Allgemeine Deutsche Spediteurbedingungen – (ADSp), (German Freight Forwarders Standard Terms and Conditions of Trading), latest version. These limit in § 23 ADSp. the legal liability for damage to goods in the case of damage to goods whilst in the care of a forwarder to 5,--€/kg, in accordance with § 431 of the German Commercial Law (HGB); in the case of multimodal transport including seatransport to 2 SDR (special drawing rights / kg plus, in addition, per claim or event to € 1 Million or € 2 Million resp., or 2 SDR/kg whichever is the greater.In addition it is agreed that Paragraph 27 ADSp extends neither the liability of the freight forwarder, nor the addition of the fault of people or other third persons, deviating from legal regulations like article 25 Monteal Agreement, article 36 CIM, articele 21 CMNI, § 660 HGB, in favour of the client.

All shipping business is subject to transport rules and bill of lading conditions of the executing carrier.

As place of jurisdiction it is explicitly agreed BREMEN. The use of German law is explicitely agreed.
